is the intellectual property of Residential Care Collective™ and may not be:

• copied

• reproduced

• distributed

• sold

• shared publicly

without written permission.

Materials are provided for personal business use only.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Members may gain access to confidential discussions, business strategies, and shared experiences within RCC.

Participants agree to maintain confidentiality and not disclose:

• other members' business information

• private discussions

• proprietary strategies shared within the community

Maintaining a trusted environment is essential to the RCC community.

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

Fees for RCC programs, memberships, or services will be clearly disclosed prior to purchase.

Unless otherwise stated:

• All payments are final

• Refunds are not guaranteed

• Payment plans must be honored in full

Failure to complete payments may result in loss of program access.

CODE OF CONDUCT

Participants agree to behave professionally and respectfully within RCC programs and community spaces.

The following behaviors may result in removal from the program:

• harassment or abusive conduct

• sharing confidential information

• disruptive or inappropriate behavior

• misuse of RCC materials

We reserve the right to remove participants who violate these standards.

THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

RCC may use third-party platforms for communication, scheduling, payments, and community interaction.

These may include platforms such as:

• CRM systems

• video conferencing software

• community platforms

• payment processors

Use of these platforms may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Residential Care Collective™ and its owners, partners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages resulting from:

• participation in programs

• reliance on educational materials

• business decisions made by participants

• website or platform use

Participants assume full responsibility for their business decisions and outcomes.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Residential Care Collective™, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

TERMINATION OF ACCESS

• payment obligations are not met

Termination does not entitle the participant to a refund unless otherwise stated.

Residential Care Collective™ reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updates.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within California.
